There were lots of games with flowers included Powerpuff Girls, Kwa-Do, Web of Power, Guillotine, Zirkus Flohcati, Magic, and probably others that weren't noticed or recorded!
It was strange to see Magic: The Gathering played at RussCon. In the 4-year history of RussCon, this seminal game has never actually been played, although some of the early pre-RussCon crowd (me, William, RussD, Evil Mike PhD, long-lost Evan, etc) used to play Magic all the time in the Old Days. (Marty was also part of that early crowd, though I don't remember ever playing Magic with Marty!)
The 5-player game of Hearts sounds fishy to me, but I guess it could be played 5-player.
JP & I had another long game of Cosmic Coasters: Teleport Inhibitor vs Early Warning System.
Meta Party GameWhendy was the Meta Devil. Here is the Meta Party Game she mailed out:April showers bring May flowers.
So Daniel is the Meta Devil and will design next week's Meta Game. My insider sources tell me he already has one in mind.

Zack only played 1 game, so pulled a Brady Maneuver. Steve is the Devil! Harry and Fina are Co-Vice-Devils. JP and Daniel share the Dedicated Award. Brady and MarkH are Generous Angels.
RussCon sculptor extraordinaire Dan's latest project is
Constructing a Roman Mile Fort in Resin. Clearly the flower power force is strong in this one.
Although I have made a conscious resolution to stick with 2D art for now, Dan's thick viscous resin and quivering molds keep tempting me to experiment with sculpting.

This game might have been somewhat tedious and contentious to score, but fortunately Daniel made the job easy. He indubitably earned way more meta points than anyone else, for wearing a real flower, plus flower stickers, flower rings on his toes, flower tattoos, flower clothes, Powerpuff Girls (Blossom and Buttercup) dangling at his waist, military ID card with flower crest, and god knows what else. Most impressive! Other flower-wearers were myself (with a sarong from Fiji), Whendy, Kara, Carly, Dan, Anderson, and probably others!
