Perhaps the spirit of Thanksgiving moved William to bring more weird food, and Dan and Whendy to bring homemade desserts!
EJ (the bagpiper from Clandestine) will be at Cactus Cafe Tuesday night at 9pm with his new project, The Willow Band. I will probably check it out.

So I won my first game of CH&G last week, and won again this week, then lost my 3rd game with last place. Cool game. Played again at Great Hall the Friday after Thanksgiving and came in 3rd of 5. Meanwhile Dan has made a tile distribution chart, though it's a bit harder to do this concisely for H&G since there are a much wider variety of tile combinations due to the fish and mammals and specials.
I see William seems to dominate RussD at Hive. I still haven't actually learned or played the game, darn it. I saw some discussion of it on rec.games.board, where it seems there are some annoying ambiguities in the movement rules, which the designer posted a clarification of.
William apparently scored zero in Can't Stop and was crushed by Meng, then Clayton uncharacteristically demolished all opponents in Bluff... it was hypothesized that Clayton had somehow drained William's luck.
