October 6 1999 RussCon Report

Neither the real Devil Harry nor the special guest Devil JeffS showed up, so Tim & I performed Devil Duty. 14 players showed up.

Go players (you know who you are) should go to Houston for their tournament Oct 16 & 17.

If anyone wants to see the musical play Rocky Horror Show at Zachary Scott with me this month, let me know.

There are 15 confirmed people now, a little less than I'd like, but close enough, so let's go ahead and do it. Monday Oct 18, 7pm, LaserQuest at Highland Mall. At the end of the evening, William bemoaned that we never play card games anymore; then it was pointed out that this evening we played:

William also remembered that there was a RussCon game whose name starts with X: apparently Xenophilia got played for a little while once. There is interesting trivia about that game: some of the art was done by James Ernest (the Cheapass guy)!

Kevin brought in his new edition of Bluff, which has identical rules, but costs more and is uglier.
